Spaghetti Squash!
– 1 medium spaghetti squash
1. Preheat oven to 380
2. Puncture the skin throughout the squash. This will allow steam to escape while cooking
3. Place in oven and cook about 20 minutes
4. Remove the squash and cut in half along the long side
5. Scoop out seeds
6. Place squash face down on baking sheet. Cook in the oven until soft and flesh is dark yellow
7. Scoop out and serve as you would with any pasta. Enjoy!
– Toss (while hot) with shredded cheese, olive oil, minced roasted garlic
– Mix until mac and cheese like consistency or cheese is melted
